The European Policy Network on School Leadership (EPNoSL) aims at improving school leadership in Europe through a collaborative network by connecting research, practice and policy. The network offers various activities such as PLAs, webinars and reports for different stakeholders.

Tempus Public Foundation has been a member of EPNoSL since it began its work financed by the European Commission in 2011 and is going to co-ordinate the network′s knowledge management activities in 2014-15 as well.

EPNoSL has completed its second phase with a series of reports on school leadership being published on its portal. In the third phase (2014-15) the network continues to facilitate knowledge sharing at the international as well as the national level, organises webinars and PLAs, maps and reports on good practices on school leadership and will equally engage in supporting the Ministries of Education to engage in processes towards context-relevant school leadership policy reflection.
