The programme areas of the upcoming Financial Mechanism may be reviewed.

The three donor states of EEA/Norway Grants (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and the European Union have agreed on the framework of the Financial Mechanism 2014-2021. During this period, the donor states will allocate 2.8 billion euros to support programme areas in 15 beneficiary states. There are 5 priority sectors and 23 programmes areas in the draft framework which are all in accordance with European cohesion policies and experiences of previous mechanisms.

The draft Blue Book includes a short description of all programme areas and it is easily accessible via an online surface. Anyone is welcome to comment on the Blue Book until 8th July 2016. To contribute to the public consultation, please fill in a survey by clicking here: Blue Book Consultation.

First of all, we expect our current and future project promoters to comment, but others who are involved in EEA/Norway Grants in any way are free to answer the questions. Individuals, institutional or organizational representatives may also contribute.

The framework of the Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 will be finalized upon receiving your answers.
