The three donor states of EEA/Norway Grants (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and the European Union have agreed on the framework of the Financial Mechanism 2014-2021. During this period, the donor states will allocate 2.8 billion euros to support programme areas in 15 beneficiary states. There are 5 priority sectors and 23 programmes areas in the draft framework which are all in accordance with European cohesion policies and experiences of previous mechanisms.

The draft Blue Book includes a short description of all programme areas and it is easily accessible via an online surface. Anyone is welcome to comment on the Blue Book until 8^th July 2016. To contribute to the public consultation, please fill in a survey by clicking here: Blue Book Consultation.

First of all, we expect our current and future project promoters to comment, but others who are involved in EEA/Norway Grants in any way are free to answer the questions. Individuals, institutional or organizational representatives may also contribute.

The framework of the Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 will be finalized upon receiving your answers.
