peer mediation - nonviolent communication

Nonviolent Communication
It means to learn from each other and to use nonviolent communication skills in school surrounding and in everyday life. One way to put into practice:
Peer mediation
where students of the same age-group facilitate resolving disputes between two people .
Changes include improved self-esteem, listening and critical thinking skills, and school climate for learning, as well as reduced disciplinary actions and less fights. These skills are transferable outside of the classroom.

“All that has been integrated into Nonviolent Communication (NVC) has been known for centuries about consciousness, language, communication skills, and use of power that enable us to maintain a perspective of empathy for ourselves and others, even under trying conditions." -- Marshall B. Rosenberg
