Europe Air*Stars: Improvement of the gender equality

ACD - is an international non-profit association, located in Vienna, Austria

About the project:
The project has been created to connect European citizens through active participation at the Airshow manifestations across European countries. The next step is to create European civilian Aerobatic Team with pilots and other stuff from each of the EU countries and beyond, especially targeting the civilian women pilot associations and to create flying formations with symbols of Europe & Peace Such activities will contribute to active engagement of young generation in the regional public/cultural diplomacy activities through thematic trips and quality report writing, as well as contribute to improvement of the gender equality in rights and responsibilities through equal access for female/male to prestigious positions within the aero meetings as a form of the peacekeeping missions.

Especially for start, we would encourage Italy, France, Austria, Germany, Poland and Swiss to build strong frame for support of partners from other European regions.
