WAYS FOR A GREENER AND HEALTHIER EUROPE

Children and young people are the key to long term changes of behavior. Our students must know about the consequences for not taking care of our environment and how toxic and waste of resources can have an influence on our health and restrict our ability to a well functioning society. That we are all responsible for our common future and there is much we can do. The students will find out how a change in their daily behavior can make a difference without cutting down on things that are important for them.
The students should become active and spread the information and be a part of a changed behavior for coming generations, working together in an international joint project and become active European citizens.
The present project is intended to create a greater interest for the environment and for the scientific subjects at school and also to be an eye opener for joint European projects where you work with partners from other countries and with private companies.
We will analyze the impact our behavior has on the environment and to our health;
What are the troubles we may come across, how to solve them and how important are ICT tools and the English language to fully meet our goals.
We want to focus our project on our students that are in the age of 13-16.
The students have different abilities and therefore the project will have a broad spectrum of tasks.
Each partner has a different start position and the problems and solutions in one country can be different to another country. We want to work out common actions to raise the students’ awareness about the problems.At the same time we will enhance their motivation to work for a greener and healthier Europe.
