The global idea of the project is to promotes, using social technologies and networks, intercultural dialogue and understanding among European citizens.

About the project:
Encourage democratic and civic participation of citizens at Union level, by developing citizens' understanding of the Union policy making-process and promoting opportunities for societal and intercultural engagement and volunteering at Union level. New Technologies in rural context.

The current proposal aims to promote the use of social technologies and networks as a key element (this will be an important mechanism to ensure the participation of young people).
