About the organisation:
Dobrich 2017 is a local cultural institution subsidised by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bulgaria and Dobrich Municipality. The organisation supports the cultural sectors in the town of Dobrich.

About the project:
The project ‘Rock Rebels – Cold War Politics’ aims to examine the impact rock music and culture had on the post-communist countries during the Cold War. This project will investigate the underground culture and significance rock music had as a symbol of civil disobedience against the totalitarian regime.

We are looking for NGOs from all European countries interested in the topic.
