Efficiency of Blootting paper in detection of antibodies

The use of blooting paper can be very helpful in blood sampling and storage especiqlly in developping countries.
We aim to validate this paper (Whatman) to use it in detecting some diseases antibodies but aslo to establish the "cut-off" i.e the minimal amount of antibodies that state the animal is infected.
We project to use this type of materia in testing brucellosis, Q fever, toxoplasmosis, cryptosporidiosis, etc.
