ABOUT THE ORGANISATION:
Riebiņi County Development Association founded at 22.02.2013. The association is active in the territory of Riebiņi county.
Riebini county located in the Eastern part of Latvia, Latgale region; the total area is 630 km2; population - 5050 (according to The Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs data).

The association actively participates in various activities:
- promotion of environmental protection measures in Riebiņi county;
- diversification of active recreation, environmental cleansing and accessibility activities for residents of Riebiņi County;
- Cooperation with Riebiņi Municipality;
- find for cooperation partners to implement common interests.
International cooperation: partnership projects with neighbor countries - Lithuania, Belarus, Russia, Estonia.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Various topics from the fields of:
- Organizing events and supporting people at risk of social exclusion, children and retired people, helping poor and socially vulnerable, people in crisis, people with special needs, families with children, poor and large families.
- Promote useful and productive leisure activities for children and young people by organizing sporting, educational, recreational camps and sporting events and charity actions, working with young people.
- Identification, cleaning and improvement of the environment, cultural heritage and historical objects, care of the cultural environment and preservation of traditions. To promote the development of the cultural and spiritual environment of the population. Participate in promoting, supporting cultural, and sports life.
- Territory improvement, improvement of existing infrastructure and creation of new infrastructure.
- Promoting a healthy lifestyle in society, organizing leisure, and leisure and tourism activities.
- To develop a sustainable environment and animal protection and development policy, and to establish a sustainable relationship between the environment, animals and humans.

The association would like to take part in projects as a partner.
