ABOUT THE PROJECT:
“Welcome, citizens” is a project to defend the civil rights of expatriate european citizens, regardless of their national origins, religious or ideological affiliation; to provide information about expat’s political participation in Member states; and to highlight the benefits they provide to the European integration project.
