The importance of the Warsaw Pact and its dissolution

ABOUT THE ORGANISATION:
We are a Hungarian foundation whose main aim is to promote the education of young people, to support them entering their careers and most importantly to raise their general awareness in order to help them orientate in today’s modern world.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
We are looking for partners for a project under the ‘Democratic engagement and civic participation – Civil Society Projects’ program. We – as an ex-member state – intend to carry out a project regarding the 30th anniversary of the dissolution of the Warsaw Pact. We are looking for 4-5 partners with whom we can work on our ideas in concern with the topic.

Our aim is to attract attention to the importance of the Warsaw Pact and to its dissolution. As former member states we assign a great importance to analyse the changes across Europe – most importantly in the Eastern Block - due to the disintegration of a large entity.

We intend to take part as project leaders thus, we are looking for promoters.
