The main goal of the Cultural Center is to meet the cultural needs of the community by promoting various cultural fields, genres and fostering ethnic culture, amateur art, creating artistic programs, developing educational and entertainment activities and organizing the dissemination of professional art.

Kelme Culture Centre is seeking to participate as a partner in projects aiming these activities:
- improving intercultural cooperation;
- developing intercultural solidarity;
- promoting the ethnic traditions of the EU countries in the society.
