Tempus Public Foundation offers bilateral state scholarships based on cultural, scientific and educational cooperation agreements to 60 countries for study visits, summer courses, full-degree and semester studies in foreign higher education or research institutions for Hungarian applicants, and in Hungarian higher education or research institutions for foreign applicants.

BA, MA or PhD university or higher education students, lecturers and researchers, researchers of scientific institutions and representatives of art fields may apply.

The application requirements and the eligibility of the applicants may vary according to the specific country and scholarship type.
